DIY Kombucha
Kombucha is a refreshing probiotic beverage that has been consumed for thousands of years. Kombucha is made by fermenting sweet tea with a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacterias & Yeasts). It is told that in Japan, samurai warriors used to consume it before charging into battle.
Kombucha is also sometimes referred to as the tea of immortality and champagne of life as it has long been recognized to have many powerful health benefits.

Why Choose
Fermented Foods?

-
Did you know that the microbes (yeasts, bacteria, fungi) living on and in your body outnumber the actual cells that make up your body 10 to 1?
-
Humans have a symbiotic relationship with our microbes and we each have our own personal population of microbes called the microbiome.
-
Supporting the ‘good’ microbes and maintaining a healthy microbiome is essential to good health and consuming fermented foods is one great way to support them!
